This deviation is against deviantART's rules. It is in violation of these rules;
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
Can you please inform the artist that their image is against the rules and remove it from your Group? The image is against dA's rules, and it may cause problems for your Group if it is not removed. The artist in question refuses to listen to anyone else (blocking and hiding comments as well), which is why I'm approaching this Group.
Please note that if you don't do this, your Group may be subject to some kind of repercussions due to having a screencap in its gallery.
